Silicone BLUE Shore A20

BLUE Polyaddition Silicone SHORE A20.
Very suitable for making softbait molds.
NOT suited for casting very hot metals like TIN or LEAD (see our RED silicone).

*Note regarding some 3D printed resins :
When pouring this silicone over a 3D printed RESIN-model, u need to seal the model with a layer of varnish or any other coating.

Very easy to mix- and pour.
Mixing ratio : 1:1
Working time after mixing : +-30min
Curing time : 3-4 hours at 25°C.

Mix each part A and B seperate with our silicone mixer tool.
Add A+B together and mix +-1 minute slowly(avoid airbubbles) with our silicone mixer tool.
Pour in a FINE stream to remove air bubbles.

It's best to use the silicone at room temperature(more liquid and faster curing).
Potlife : 15-30 minutes. 
Curing : 8-24 hours.
To remove ALL air bubbles we suggest to use a vacuum chamber.

For easy de-molding use our RELEASE AGENT SPRAY.
