Silicone Red Shore A60 - Heat Resistant

Polycondensation Silicone.
Mix the silicone with 10% harder.
Mix short and slowly with our stainless steel mixer tool (mix about 1 minute).
Pour in a fine stream to remove air bubbles.
It's best to use the silicone at room temperature(more liquid and faster curing).
Before pouring the silicone in the mold, it could be usefull to use a brush first to cover all the details and pour the rest of the silicone on top of it.
To remove all air bubbles we suggest to use a vacuum chamber.
Curing : 24 hours
Potlife : about 80min at 20°C
Shelve life : 9 months in closed packaging

For easy de-molding use our RELEASE AGENT SPRAY.

Please note:
Potlife (processing time) and de-moulding time are strongly dependent on the mixing ratio and humidity! When adding more silicone B (hardener) or at higher humidity the potlife and de-moulding time will be shorter!
