Silicone Red Shore A55 - Heat Resistant

Polycondensation Silicone.
Mix the red silicone with our silicone mixer before adding the harder.
Add the needed silicone harder (measure accurate!)
Mix short and slowly with our stainless steel mixer tool (mix about 1 minute).
Pour in a fine stream to remove air bubbles.
It's best to use the silicone at room temperature(more liquid and faster curing).
Before pouring the silicone in the mold, it could be usefull to use a brush first to cover all the details and pour the rest of the silicone on top of it.
To remove all air bubbles we suggest to use a vacuum chamber.
Working time (potlife) at 25°C : +-1 hour
Curing time at 25°C : 3 hours
Tensile strenght,Kg/CM² : 38
Elongation at break % : 100

Shelve life : 12 months in closed packaging

Please note:
Potlife (working time) and de-moulding time are strongly dependent on the mixing ratio and humidity! When adding more silicone B (hardener) or when using at a higher humidity, the potlife and de-moulding time will be shorter!
