Silicone White Shore A22

Polycondensation Silicone.
Mix the silicone with 5% hardener.
Mix short and slowly with our stainless steel mixer tool (mix about 1 minute).
Pour in a FINE stream to remove air bubbles.
It's best to use the silicone at room temperature(more liquid and faster curing).
Working time (potlife) at 25°C : 1-3hours 
Curing time at 25°C : 22 hours
Tensile strenght,Kg/CM² : 40
Elongation at break % :  350
Tear Strenght, Kg/cm : 22

To remove ALL air bubbles we suggest to use a vacuum chamber.
Shelve life : 12 months in closed packaging
For easy de-molding use our RELEASE AGENT SPRAY.

Please note:
Potlife (working time) and de-moulding time are strongly dependent on the mixing ratio and humidity! When adding more silicone B (hardener) or when using at a higher humidity, the potlife and de-moulding time will be shorter!
